 I could not have asked for a better service from this family run business. Warm, friendly, supportive and professional. They dealt with everything so prompt and efficiently, their guidance and experience through this difficult time was so reassuring. I cannot thank them enough. 

We received flawless funeral care for our Uncle from M.G. Ryan and Son & Daughters.  

The team helped us through the process from our first phone call, explaining all the detail, the paperwork and the official process with total empathy in a calm, patient and efficient manner.  The newspaper obituary and media- tributes were managed with great care, and any difficulties we had we were guided through.  Our Uncle’s last journey was what he would have hoped for. His driver ensured his dignity at all times, and the driver for the family car was receptive to conversation with us, which eased anxiety, while his considerate driving ensured our safety.  The service and the way the staff guided family and friends was at all times co-ordinated and professional.  We cannot thank Rachel and Arthur and all staff at M.G. Ryan and Son and Daughters enough.

Michael G Ryan Son & Daughters supported us through the process that was completely alien to us when my father passed away and again a short while after when my grandmother passed away. They were informative throughout and guided us through every stage releasing a lot of pressure for the family.
They went out of their was to purchase cravats to match the colour schemes that we had chosen for each day. It was refreshing to see so many female directors on the day.
They were very accommodating and provided an excellent service on the two occasions that we have used them. 

This was my first experience of planning a funeral, I must say that Michael G Ryan Sons and Daughters provided an exceptional service for the whole event. From the planning to the respect, care and levels of compassion they showed the family throughout the entire process. They took away the stress and worry over all the details and made sure everything was perfect and how we wanted it to be. On the actual day of the service the cars and the flowers they helped to arrange were beautiful and highly professional, and all the drivers were dressed impeccably smartly. I simply wish to express my thanks for the way you conducted my Mum, Thelma Lawrence's funeral on the 20th of this month.  You have to date done three funerals for us in the past two years and all have been superb.  In our case money was not an issue but for many it would be and I would say now that I know of nowhere in Cardiff where anyone could   get better value for money without there being a compromise on quality or service.   I thereby cannot recommend you highly enough to all who have need of such services.
